Oh! breakfast

..All of us know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day,but opinions can vary when it comes to what should we actually eat first thing in the morning.Somebody would recommend cereals, somebody fried eggs with bacon,I know there is people who eat nothing else but fruit for breakfast, and then those bodybuilders who would just drink 1 liter of eggwhites mixed in water (yak). But how should ideal breakfast look like..?

I personally advise to eat good amount of protein for breakfast. It doesn't matter if you are working out or not, your body needs protein to build muscle, and it actually needs much more protein than you can imagine. If you are interested in weight loss here is some good news-resting metabolism increases about 20% if your breakfast calories are at least 30% of protein. The problem is,most of the people don't eat enough protein nowadays. You should get around 80g of protein per day depending on your weight and level of physical activity. In average, people consume only 40-50g/day.
So I would go with few hard-boiled eggs with beans and spinach for example. How many eggs?Depends on your size again, generally you can use your fist as a measure-for me,that means 2 eggs :) (2 whole eggs=about 12g of protein) Why beans? Any legume-beans,lentils chick peas etc. contain a lot of soluble fiber, protein, carbohydrates, folate and iron. What about spinach?
"One cup of raw spinach contains 27 calories, 0.86 grams of protein, 30  milligrams of calcium, 0.81 grams of iron, 24 milligrams of magnesium, 167 milligrams of potassium, 2813 IUs of Vitamin A and 58 micrograms of folate."

What if you have difficulties with eating eggs early in the morning? You have two options-you learn to eat them, take your time,it might take couple of days to proceed this :) There is plenty of ways how to cook eggs, and I am sure you will find the one that suits you best. You can eat eggs in form of omelet, pancake(oh really ?!) fried eggs, scrumbled eggs, poached eggs..
Option number 2 is-get the protein from some other source-this might be cottage cheese, quark or if you really can´t eat anything solid, have a protein smoothie!( fruit smoothie with vanilla protein powder for example) And never ever skip the breakfast, your future youself will thank you ;)
